French courses for companies in Shanghai and Suzhou
AEF trains your teams in professional French, on your premises or ours. The programme is not a catalogue: it starts from your staff's actual level and from the situations they really face — the email that gets a reply, the meeting where you speak up, the negotiation you are not simply subjected to.
Two formats, one standard
- In-company — we come to your offices, at the times you set. The programme is built from your real documents: your emails, your minutes, your presentations.
- Evening classes — your staff join a cross-company group on our campus. Less tailored, but more flexible and less costly.
Online is also possible, and one-to-one lessons are available. Groups are limited to six people.
Who it is for
Companies, managers and professionals, from A2 level upwards, in Shanghai and Suzhou. If your staff are complete beginners, start with our general adult courses, then move to professional French.
The Business French course
Thirty hours over ten weeks, ending with a professional certificate, and with optional preparation for the Diplôme de français professionnel. After the course, your employees can:
- present the company, their role and their work in one minute;
- write a clear, polite and effective professional email;
- take part in a meeting: speak up, object, conclude;
- handle a phone call or video conference with no visual support;
- comment on figures and defend a commercial proposal.
For teams that want to go further, there is an annual programme: thirty two-hour lessons, one a week, from September to June.

When your staff's vocabulary is specific to an industry, we teach the French of that industry:

Can the course take place at our offices?
Yes. The in-company format takes place on your premises, at the times you set, in Shanghai or Suzhou.
What level do our employees need?
A2 at minimum. A placement test shows each person's real level before the programme is built.

Yes. In-company, evening and online formats are all available.
